This policy explains how GLP-1 Planner, a Food Signals resource, handles information when you use this website.

Information we collect

• Nothing you type. This site has no sign-up form, no account, and no email capture. There is nothing here to submit.
• Analytics. We use analytics (such as Google Analytics) and marketing tags (such as the Pinterest Tag) to understand how the site is used and how visitors arrive. This may include your approximate location, device, and the pages you view.
• Your country, to choose a link. We ask Cloudflare, which serves this site, which country you are browsing from, so the Plan Builder button points at the version of that page written for your market. The two-letter result is stored in a first-party cookie (`fs_geo`) for 90 days so we do not have to ask again. It is not sent to analytics and is not combined with anything else.
• Recipe filters stay in your browser. What you select on the recipe finder is never sent anywhere. If you share a comparison link, the recipes are named in the part of the URL after the `#`, which browsers do not send to servers.

When you follow a link to Food Signals

Recipe cards, the Plan Builder, and the app all live on food-signals.com. Once you are there you are on that site, under its own privacy policy. The Plan Builder is designed to work without an account or an email address and to compute your plan in your browser; if you choose to create an account, that happens on Food Signals, not here.

How we use information

We use analytics data in aggregate to improve the site and our content, including which pages lead people to click through to Food Signals. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tags

Analytics and marketing tags may set cookies or similar identifiers, and the country cookie described above is set by this site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you block them, the site still works, and the Plan Builder button simply keeps its default destination.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. You can browse the whole site with JavaScript disabled, in which case no country lookup happens at all.
