Ingredients

- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed; the mixture should be thick but spreadable. If too thick, add 10–15 ml more soy milk.
- Lightly toast the wholegrain bread slices until just crisp on the outside but still soft in the center to keep them easy to chew.
- Spread a generous layer of the cinnamon matcha tofu cream over each warm toast slice.
- Drizzle the toasts lightly with olive oil and, if using, a thin line of honey for extra calories and gentle sweetness.
